A Fallen Friend

"Specialist Jacob T. Vanderbosch, 21, of Vadnais Heights, Minn. was killed [Monday] in Al Haqlaniyah, Iraq, when an explosion detonated near the Humvee he was in" (WCCO).

Jake graduated a year before me at my High School in White Bear Lake. Although I didn't know him that well, I remember him being well liked by many people. It only took a matter of time before we lost somebody from our hometown. My prayers and condolences go out to his family and friends.
